We provide personalized, evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s specific communication and swallowing needs. We support adults with conditions such as dysarthria, apraxia, dysphagia, voice and cognitive disorders, head and neck cancer, stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, ALS, MS, dementia, and other neurological or neurodegenerative diseases.

We provide comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plans to support adults with cognitive and physical challenges affecting daily living skills (ADLs). Our services include assistive technology assessment and training, community and work reintegration, wound debridement, cognitive skill development, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, self-care and home management training, therapeutic activities, and wheelchair management.
